The terms on which Kingstanding Taxis accepts bookings.

Bookings
All journeys must be pre-booked through the office by telephone or through this website. We are a private hire operator licensed by Birmingham City Council and our vehicles cannot be hailed in the street.
Fares
Local journeys are charged on our published tariff. Airport, station and long-distance journeys are quoted as a fixed fare at the time of booking and that fare is payable unless the journey changes. Waiting time and additional stops are chargeable.
Cancellations
Local bookings can be cancelled free of charge before the car is dispatched. Pre-booked airport and long-distance journeys cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Airport pickups
The first 30 minutes of waiting after the flight lands is free. Waiting beyond that, and airport parking charges beyond those included in the quote, are chargeable at cost.
Conduct
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any vehicle. A soiling charge applies where a vehicle has to be taken off the road for cleaning. Drivers may refuse to carry passengers who are abusive or who they believe present a risk.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. We are not liable for missed flights, trains or appointments where the delay was caused by circumstances outside our control, including traffic and weather.
